Au Pairs provide a family-based cultural exchange
An Au Pair is a young person from overseas who lives with an Australian Host Family and helps with childcare and light household tasks related to the children.
In return, the family provides accommodation, meals and weekly pocket money while welcoming their Au Pair into everyday family life in Australia.
AIFS Au Pairs come from countries around the world. Wherever you live in Australia, our team can help you find an Au Pair who suits your children, schedule and household needs.
An AIFS Au Pair will provide up to 35 hours of childcare and home support every week, and most placements range from 6 months to 9 months. During this time your family can introduce your Au Pair to life in Australia while they share their culture with you too.
